Serbian Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Serbian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the manufacturing industry. This role is tailored for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing outstanding support to our clients. As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to manufacturing processes, products, and services, ensuring that you meet their needs with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
• Provide detailed information on product specifications, order status, and manufacturing processes.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct fulfillment of orders.
• Stay updated on manufacturing processes and product launches to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Serbian (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
