As a representative, you will assist clients with their real estate inquiries and provide exceptional support in Serbian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property management, and services via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and the home buying/renting process.
• Assist customers in scheduling viewings and coordinating with real estate agents.
• Resolve issues and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property regulations to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM tools is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
