Serbian Speaking Customer Service for Renewable Energy industry

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and eager to provide exceptional customer support. In this role, you will assist customers in understanding renewable energy solutions and help them navigate their inquiries while delivering outstanding service in Serbian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian.
• Educate customers about the benefits of renewable energy, energy efficiency programs, and available options.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure compliance and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Serbian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
