Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and returns through phone, email, and live chat in Serbian.
• Provide assistance with order placement, tracking, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about promotions, product features, and store policies.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on retail trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

• Fluency in Serbian (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage customer concerns effectively.
