SERE Program Manager (NSW)

Position: SERE Program Manager

Location: Imperial Beach, CA and other NSW SERE locations

Travel: 10%

Position Summary: The SERE Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall execution of the task order. The PM serves as the focal point between NSW contracting personnel and the contractor's management, ensuring full compliance with the terms and conditions of the task order and correcting non-conforming services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

These services are required to support unique efforts which may require:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and deliverables.

• Manage personnel and subcontractor performance.

• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and attend Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Contract or Task Manager for a job of similar size and scope.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a SERE Level C instructor in the NSW SERE Course or equivalent DoD SERE course.

• Working knowledge of the NSW organization and its missions.

• Active Secret security clearance.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the IC is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The IC frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The IC must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
