We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Server who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment and wants to be part of a dynamic, close-knit team. Located on the scenic King Harbor Marina, Sea Level is the South Bay's premier dining destination, offering coastal cuisine, craft cocktails, and spectacular views.

Overlooking King Harbor marina, Sea Level Restaurant at Shade Hotel Redondo Beach offers fresh California coastal cuisine, 24 beers on tap, imaginative craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list. Guests can relax with friends and family in our plush outdoor seating with cozy fire pits. With a large capacity of over 200 indoor and outdoor seats, Sea Level is the South Bay’s premier summer dining destination. Our hotel offers guests 54 marina-view luxury hotel rooms, multiple unique event spaces, a marina-front restaurant and bar, and a rooftop Aquadeck, complete with dipping pool, cabanas and lounge with views from Palos Verdes to Malibu. Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
• Flexible availability (weekends and evenings are required)
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Positive, professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Willingness to grow within the team, whether staying in the server role or advancing into management

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring an excellent first impression
• Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Ensure timely and accurate service while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, resetting tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist fellow servers and staff members to create a supportive and smooth operation
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest service
