Wild Common is seeking a dynamic and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests by guiding them through our menu offerings and ensuring their needs are anticipated, then promptly and courteously met.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, sourcing, and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests to ensure a remarkable dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including guest-facing areas, bar, and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area, stocking supplies, and cash handling.
• Ability to work the bar, producing signature and classic beverages for the restaurant in a customer-facing environment OR strong willingness and eagerness to learn!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dynamic restaurant environment with a high-touch service style and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage products, ingredients, trends, and service techniques (including wine and cocktail service).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and a dedication to learning and creative development
