Requirements

This position requires the following:

• Prior experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Confident and highly social personality
• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently
• Complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including specials, their prices and availability
• Walking guests through our menus and daily specials
• Accurately take orders
• Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, basic math skills
• Basic knowledge POS software
• Understanding of dining room stations
• Guiding our guests through the dining room
• Restocking of dining room items
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Team orientated attitude
• Other duties as assigned by management team
