Description

SUMMARY

As a server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, processing payments, and resolving any customer issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations to guide patrons through the dining experience
• Take accurate and timely orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct delivery and promptly addressing any errors
• Keep tables clean and properly set, following sanitation standards
• Process payments, ensuring accurate billing and resolving any discrepancies
• Use interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to address and resolve customer issues
• Stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift heavy items
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Previous server experience preffered
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Capacity to occasionally lift heavy items
• General math skills for accurate billing and processing payments
• Some sales ability to promote menu items
