About the Role:

Latuli is a new upscale restaurant located in Memorial that promises a refreshing interpretation of Gulf Coast food, enriched with robust Texas flavors and a touch of global inspiration.

Our guests, whether they live steps away, inside The Loop or in Katy, should recognize this place as their own. It has a menu that is both elevated and recognizable.

Latuli is one that rewards its employees that have a deep respect and a commitment to becoming the best in their profession. We are looking for candidates that choose high standards as their guiding principle and who are fulfilled by a service-based culture.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and inviting demeanor.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.

Provide detailed menu information and recommend daily specials.

Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a server role or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation: $2.25 per hour
