The Retreat at Sandy Springs is seeking Servers to join our team!
Shift Details:
Server
Monday–Friday; every other weekend required

Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences? We’re looking for dedicated Servers to provide exceptional dining and table services to our residents and guests in our community’s dining rooms and designated areas—upholding the warm and welcoming standards of Phoenix Senior Living.

As a Server, you’ll be responsible for:

• Proper dining room setup
   
• Providing attentive and friendly meal service
   
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining areas
   

You’ll also ensure that all food handling complies with local, state, and federal safety and sanitation guidelines. If you take pride in service, have a heart for seniors, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you!

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Server

• Understanding of infection control procedures
• Demonstrate the ability to Multi task and Manage Stress
• Competent in time management / organizational skills
• Understands and embraces the assisted living philosophy
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available for our customers at peak service delivery days and times
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
