Position Summary 

Owns the guest experience from greeting through payment, executing structured steps of service with confidence and efficiency. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Execute full steps of service with accuracy and pace. 

• Guide guests through food and beverage menus. 

• Coordinate with support staff to maintain service flow. 

• Ensure accurate order entry and payment processing. 

• Maintain organized work ares during peak periods. 

Standards & Accountability 

• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. 

• Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. 

• Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently. 

Qualifications 

• Full-service experience preferred. 

• Strong communication and multitasking skills. 

• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service. 

• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
