GolfSuites Baton Rouge is seeking energetic, guest-focused Part-Time Servers to join our team. Our Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to teamwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, timely, and professional food and beverage service
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials
• Work collaboratively with team partners and management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Follow all company policies and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with other functional roles as needed or directed by management

Requirements:

• 1+ years of serving experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Open availability Friday–Sunday is REQUIRED!!!!!!
• East Baton Rouge Parish Bar Card required!!!!
• Food Handlers Certificate required!
• Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of self-awareness, integrity, and receptiveness to feedback
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering stairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop and bend

Compensation:
 

$2.13 per hour plus tips
