Location: West Village

 $17 per hour (before tip credit) + tips 

Little Ruby’s is seeking experienced Servers to join our team in New York City. 

Little Ruby’s is a neighborhood café known for its Australian-inspired menu, all-day dining, and  consistently high-volume service. Our restaurants are fast-paced, energetic, and focused on delivering  warm, efficient hospitality in a casual but polished environment. 

We are looking for servers who are friendly, efficient, and hospitality-driven, with the ability to stay  organized and deliver great service under pressure. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant • Experience in café-style or all-day dining environments preferred 

• Strong communication and guest service skills 

• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts 

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays 

Responsibilities 

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest experience • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently 

• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and daily specials 

• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner 

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas 

• Process payments accurately and follow all service standards
