Job Description:

As a Server at IHOP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
* Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
* Monitor guest tables to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
* Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area and workstation.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Job Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
* Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, outgoing personality.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
