Position Summary
Golfzon Social is seeking energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-focused Servers to join our team. Successful candidates will be passionate about guest service, thrive in a high-volume environment, and take pride in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Guide guests through our food, beverage, and golf experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Promote menu specials, cocktails, and featured items.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
- Must meet New York State requirements for serving alcohol.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
