Gallion’s Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is an upscale yet approachable dining destination in the heart of Rosemary Beach. We are currently hiring experienced AM Servers for lunch service who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a polished, professional environment.

This is a great opportunity for seasoned servers looking for consistent daytime hours in a refined coastal setting.

Shift & Availability:

• Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Availability: Open availability during these hours is required, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all lunch guests.

• Guide guests through menu and beverage offerings, including daily specials and pairings.

• Take and process orders accurately through the POS system.

• Maintain table cleanliness and ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide timely and coordinated service.

• Anticipate guest needs and handle any concerns with professionalism and grace.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all service areas.

Qualifications:

• Prior serving experience is required in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.

• Craft cocktail experience and wine knowledge strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Polished appearance and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy lunch periods.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a current food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one).
