  2+ years upscale, high-volume experience preferred

  Strong craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge

  Passion for food and drinks (bonus points for a deep love of bacon)

  Energetic, engaging personality with strong communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  Current Food Handler’s & TABC Certification

  
  


• Open availability highly preferred with an interest to cross-train as a server/bartender

Our Servers & Bartenders are:

• Awesome at telling stories about local farmers, ideas, or concepts (farm to table, repurposing, locally sourcing, cooking techniques, craft cocktail techniques) as well as informing our guests of our broad range of specialized products.
