JOB FUNCTION:

This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director and will be responsible for assisting wait staff with food service duties. Responsibilities may include setting tables, stocking service areas, taking orders, delivering food, and cleaning tables and equipment. Server Assistants must have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, honest, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible, and able to carry tasks through to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting tables
• Stocking service areas
• Delivering food
• Cleaning tables and equipment
• Preparing and refilling beverages
• Assisting servers with processing payments
• Removing trash
• Sanitizing restaurant menus
• Performing end-of-day clean-up duties
• Greeting customers
• Providing menus
• Keeping the hosting area stocked with menus
• Refilling water
• Clearing dirty dishware and glasses from the table
• Completing running side work
