Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at the Estancia Del Norte Hotel. The ideal candidate will support our dining staff in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations.

- Help set up and break down dining areas for events and special occasions.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.

- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:
