Server Assistant

We're hiring a Server Assistant to support the seamless dining experience at an upscale, fast-paced hotel restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Server Assistant, your primary responsibility is to work alongside the dining team to provide seamless and efficient service to our guests. You’ll help set up tables, deliver food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Pay $16.00/hr - Paid Weekly

Server Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.


• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset efficiently for a seamless dining experience.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas, including back-of-house stations.


• Support the team by refilling water, replenishing supplies, and responding to guest requests.


• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.


• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server assistant in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.


• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
