Server Assistant

We're looking for a Server Assistant/Busser to help bridge the kitchen and dining room at a high-traffic hotel restaurant near DFW Airport. Pay: $15.00/hr - Paid Weekly

Server Assistant/Busser Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.


• Ensure all plates are presented according to the hotel’s high standards.


• Assist servers in providing an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.


• Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.


• Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.


• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.

Server Assistant/Busser Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Busser or similar role in a high-volume or luxury preferred.


• Proficient English.


• Professional presentation, high energy, and enthusiastic.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.


• A professional and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail.


• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods and carry trays of food.


• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
