Job Responsibilities

- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.

- Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.

- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart.

- Ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized at all times.

- Assist in restocking server stations with necessary supplies.

- Support servers in managing guest requests and inquiries.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

- Follow all health and safety regulations.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events.

- Communicate effectively with team members to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
