Job Title: Server/Cashier at Koibito Poke
Job Summary: Koibito Poke is seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our fast-paced restaurant environment.
- $11.00 - $13.00 base pay plus TIPS
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Explain menu items and provide recommendations to customers
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and procedures
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking supplies and utensils, wiping down counters and equipment, and sweeping/mopping floors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Uphold the values and brand of Koibito Poke through exceptional service and teamwork
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
