Craft Culture is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Guiding guests to their seats and assisting with menu recommendations.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using POS handheld devices.
- Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
