Server Department Engineer (System Administrator)

We are looking for a Server Department Engineer (System Administrator) to support the server infrastructure and key IT systems. The role involves maintaining and optimizing a distributed virtual infrastructure, administering Active Directory services, managing backup systems, and ensuring the stability of IT operations.

The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of a distributed virtual infrastructure based on Hyper-V and Windows Failover Cluster.


• Support and optimization of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PKI services.


• Management and troubleshooting of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (VDI, RDS).


• Backup and recovery system administration.


• IT asset tracking and documentation management.


• Regular system maintenance and scheduled servicing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in system administration.


• Higher education in IT (or at least 5+ years of relevant experience).


• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and newer, including:

• Basic knowledge of Linux (Debian) is required.


• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation is desirable.
  


• Microsoft certifications in server technologies are a plus.


• Language proficiency - Intermediate level of English, Fluent level of Russian language.
