Wild Finch at The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs is seeking an experienced and passionate Server to join our dining team. This role is all about delivering outstanding hospitality, creating a welcoming environment, and providing top-notch service with deep menu knowledge. If you have 3 years of full-service restaurant experience, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to have you on our team!

• Table Service Excellence: Provide attentive, high-quality service during designated shifts while anticipating guest needs.
• Hospitality & Service Standards: Adhere to all service expectations as outlined in training, handbooks, and ongoing feedback.
• Restaurant Opening & Closing: Ensure proper setup and breakdown of the restaurant for smooth daily operations.
• Integrity & Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness, serving as a role model for fellow team members.
• Building Community: Foster relationships with guests and team members to create a welcoming and inclusive dining experience.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, maintaining a culture of trust, creativity, and dependability.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant experience required.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• A team-oriented attitude, supporting coworkers and restaurant operations.
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.

Pay & Growth Opportunities:

• Hourly wage + tips

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week with varying shifts.
• Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment with exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment.
