Server/Cashier/Barista

We are seeking a Server/Cashier/Barista to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a restaurant setting in order to drive company revenue. On some days, you may be asked to serve the food to our guests....so this job is really a Front of the House position where you may perform multiple roles, such as making smoothies, barista, and cashiering.  

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs


• Explain products and services to customers


• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock


• Enter and process customer orders


• Investigate and resolve customer complaints


• Make certain that the guests are happy.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields


• Non-verbal skill set be pleasant and serving.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to build rapport with customers


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong negotiation skills


• Be able to work any of the seven days in a week on a 5 - 6 Day schedule


• Likes to smile, and be happy. We must have fun while at work. Our guests feed of this energy.
