Servers Lunch and Dinner Needed - $20-$21 per hour

Forest Highlands is hiring for its 2025 Season that begins on May 1! Be a part of an energetic team in a very positive working environment!

In the position of server you will be interacting with our members and their guests ensuring that they have a “Truly Memorable Experience” when they come to our clubhouses to dine. You will be attentive and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.

Some of the tasks in this position are:

• Familiarizing oneself with all selections on the menu to deliver to member
• Greet, Seat and take drink, appetizer and main meal orders
• Present menus, and enter orders correctly into Jonas
• Ensure the dishes are correct
• Suggest and serve dessert, coffee and/or after-dinner drinks
• Work in collaboration with other servers and staff

Requirements

Our Minimum Requirements are:

• Two years of High School or High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous restaurant/server experience desired
• Clean background check
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks during busy times while working flexible hours with an enthusiastic personality.
• Availability to work flexible shifts which may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, assist where needed, and carry heavy trays.
