Who We Serve
North Bay Regional Center provides advocacy, services, support, and care coordination to 13,000 children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. We partner with community-based organizations and agencies to empower our clients to thrive and live as independently as possible within the geographically, culturally, and ethnically diverse communities we serve.
North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Note: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.
DEFINITION:
Under the general direction of the Director of Equity & Engagement, the Service Access and Equity Analyst is responsible for collecting, integrating, and presenting qualitative and quantitative data to identify disparities in service access, utilization, outcomes, and resource allocation across North Bay Regional Center’s diverse communities.
This position serves as the department’s lead analyst for equity-related data and performance measurement by transforming complex information into meaningful recommendations which guide strategic planning, policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational decision-making. This position develops dashboards, evaluates trends, measures the effectiveness of outreach and engagement efforts, supports reporting requirements, and collaborates across departments to improve equitable access to regional center services.
NATURE OF WORK:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Equity & Engagement, the Service Access and Equity Analyst provides technical expertise in data collection, performance measurement, program evaluation, and planning related to service access.
The Analyst works in close partnership with the Diversity & Equity Specialist and the Community Outreach & Engagement Specialist to transform community engagement activities, outreach efforts, stakeholder feedback, and organizational data into meaningful qualitative and quantitative analyses. This collaborative approach ensures information gathered from individuals served, families, community partners, and internal departments is systematically evaluated to identify service access barriers, the effectiveness of equity initiatives is measured, and continuous improvement strategies are developed based on informed decisions.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor' degree in data analytics, business administration, business analytics, public policy, social work, psychology, public administration, non-profit administration or related human services discipline
AND
No less than one year’s experience working in programs providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following:
Minimum experience requirements may be waived based on additional qualifications, i.e., fluency in Spanish.
Minimum education requirements may not be waived.
