You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in coordinating client projects and service deliverables

• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation

• Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and account summaries

• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

• Support internal communication between departments to ensure seamless execution

• Track account performance metrics and assist in reporting

• Identify opportunities to improve client service processes

• Strong organizational and time management skills
