Service Administration Assistant

As an Service Admin Assistant at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. You will get to be part of a great exciting team! We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Ed Bozarth Chevrolet and for GM, promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. In this role, you get to learn about the service and parts departments while assisting your entire team! You will be a key part of the Service department by handling billing, booking tickets, coding and dispatching vehicles in the shop. To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:

• Have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record 


• Have experience in Automotive, Dealership experience preferred


• Have the flexibility to work a schedule that may include some Saturdays and some holidays 

Depending on how far you as a candidate proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
