 Position:

 Service Administrator

Location: 

Tustin Mazda & Tustin Kia

Schedule: 

Full-time, 40 hours per week – 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday 

Compensation: 

$50,000 base salary annually with bonus opportunities – Total potential compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 per year

What You’ll Do: 

• Support the Service & Parts Director (Tustin Mazda and Tustin Kia) with daily processing of Used Cars

• Coordinate with Service Managers, Technicians, and Used Car Managers to move vehicles through reconditioning on time

• Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure vehicles are photographed and listed online quickly

• Assist with photo uploads and listing details when needed

• Maintain detailed records and timelines so no step is missed

• Provide regular status updates to leadership on priorities and deadlines
