Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the dealership's service department. They are responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, writing repair orders, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the service process. A successful Service Advisor provides excellent customer service while helping drive service sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  Obtain proper authorizations and approvals for repair work.

  Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.

  Promote dealership services, specials, and maintenance plans to customers.

  Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery as needed.

  Ensure final invoice accuracy and review charges with the customer.
