Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Advisor for our overnight shift (12 AM - 8 AM) to assist customers with their service needs, ensure efficient scheduling, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs.
• Provide detailed information on services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate service estimates.
• Process work orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Answer phone calls professionally and communicate with trucking companies effectively. 
• Maintain customer records and ensure all service documentation is up to date.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure the service center operates smoothly during the overnight shift.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, automotive service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
• Availability to work overnight shifts (12 AM - 8 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed.
