Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between customers and our service department. You will ensure a smooth service process by effectively communicating with customers, diagnosing vehicle concerns, and coordinating with technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow in the shop.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and completion timelines.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services and transactions.

Requirements

 Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in [software, if applicable, e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds].
• A valid driver’s license.
