Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Leader: Greet clients with professionalism and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Service Consultant: Guide customers through their vehicle’s service needs, explaining recommendations clearly and accurately.
Work Order Specialist: Translate customer concerns into detailed repair orders for our technicians.
Relationship Builder: Foster lasting relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
Communication Specialist: Keep clients updated throughout the service process, setting clear expectations and delivering transparency.
Quality Control Champion: Ensure all service work meets our high standards for safety and performance.
CSI Advocate: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain top Customer Service Index (CSI) scores.
Continuous Learner: Stay current on industry trends, manufacturer updates, and dealership best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
Customer-Focused: Commitment to delivering outstanding service and building customer loyalty.
Technical Aptitude: Understanding of automotive systems and service workflow preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with dealership management systems and standard computer programs.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or industry certifications a plus.
Math Skills: Competent in billing, payments, and repair order processing.
Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support team success.
