What You’ll Be Doing:

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our fast-paced service department. As a Customer Service Advisor with AC Nelsen RV, you will ensure that all customers have a positive experience throughout our organization by ensuring all customer needs are being met or exceeded. This position would also:

• Answer service department phone calls, directs calls to correct person or department
• Schedule appointments based on availability
• Assist customers at drop off/pick up with checking in their trailer or going over repairs performed
• Prepare and complete work orders for all units being serviced or prepared for sale
• Follow up with parts orders
• Contact customers with work updates
• Perform administrative duties for service department, which include: correspondence, faxing, filing, follow-up emails, etc.

Hours for this position are Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm.

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

The ideal candidate would have experience working in an auto or RV shop, or a related service field. Candidate must be professional, organized, and able to work as part of a team. Must be mechanically inclined and able to give and explain detailed instructions. The applicant must be able to work in various environments including: outdoors, office, and shop area.
