Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous Service Advisor experience. Experience with tire sales also required.

We are open Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete

Prioritize required services and tire needs, and be prepared to provide options upon request.

Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.

Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards

Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered

Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services

Ensure customer has a positive store experience.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.

Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
