About the Role:

Merlin Complete Auto Care (DeKalb/ Loves Park/ Batavia) is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers

Recommend maintenance and repair services to customers based on their vehicle's needs

Generate sales by explaining benefits and features of recommended services

Manage customer inquiries and appointments both in person and over the phone

Utilize computer systems to track customer information and service history

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
