Job:

• 1-4 Years of previous experience as a Service Advisor/Writer preferred, or comparable experience.
• Service Advisor, reporting to the manager of the business.

• You are responsible for working on a team that manages daily operations, planning, and customer satisfaction.

• You will greet customers, make them feel welcome, find out and document vehicle and customer concerns.

• You will learn how to build estimates and communicate findings and recommendations to customers.

• You will answer phone calls.

• You will call customers to confirm appointments.

• You will be billing out tickets.

• You will occasionally help pick up and drop off customers.

• You will learn how to order and enter parts invoices

• You will deliver parts to technicians

• You will send out links for customer reviews.

• You are a self starter.

• You find ways to stay busy and organized to make stuff happen.

• Pay depends on experience.  $16-$25 hr range. Expect to learn and grow and be promoted in pay.
