Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year (salary + commission)

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
   
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
   
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service process
   
• Upsell appropriate services to help customers maintain their vehicles
   
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role preferred
   
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
   
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
