Job Description - Service Advisor

ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations.

The Sales Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and look ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services

What you'll do:

Build customer relationships

Deliver exceptional customer service

Meet and exceed defined sales goals and objectives

Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks

Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as-needed basis

Assist in directing the workflow in the service department

Qualifications

Retail sales and/or customer service experience

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings

Valid driver’s license
