Consolidated Truck Parts & Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! We specialize in bumper-to-bumper light, medium, and heavy-duty truck and equipment repair, and we're committed to delivering Service Done Right for every customer.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for our customers—manage scheduling, intake, estimates, approvals, updates, and invoicing
   
• Maintain accurate work orders and keep customers informed daily
   
• Collaborate with Technicians, the Parts Department, and the Service Manager to ensure top-tier service
   
• Take pride in clear communication, accurate paperwork, and creating a trusted customer experience
   
• Stay organized, solution-focused, and aligned with our company’s core values

The Service Advisor reports directly to the General Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in service writing or as a service advisor in the heavy-duty truck industry
• Strong knowledge of truck repair and parts (medium/heavy-duty preferred) 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Confident communicator—able to speak with customers, techs, and leadership
• Comfortable with computer systems (iTrack, email, vendor tools)
• Valid driver’s license required
