What You’ll Do:

Work closely with technicians to provide accurate estimates and timelines
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction from drop-off to pick-up

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
Familiarity with dealership management systems a plus
