Position Overview
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary link between our customers and our service department. This role is essential in ensuring that repair and maintenance needs are understood, communicated clearly, and completed to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and accurately document repair orders.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time. 
• Provide repair estimates, explain work needed, and gain customer approval. 
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles.
• Coordinate scheduling, parts ordering, and follow-up after service.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work aligns with company policies and warranty requirements. 
• Build relationships with customers to promote repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive/trucking preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of truck/automotive systems and terminology 
• Proficiency with computers and service management software.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
