Description of the Role:

The Service Advisor at Mall of Georgia Ford is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. They will serve as the main point of contact for customers visiting our service department, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. The Service Advisor will also collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally


• Guide customers through the service process, including providing estimates, scheduling appointments, and explaining recommended services


• Communicate with technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of service requests


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and payments received


• Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service department


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
