We are seeking a Service Advisor to join the fastest growing Ford Dealership in Wisconsin!

Service Advisor Qualifications:

  High school diploma/GED preferred

  Previous service writer/advisor experience is a plus

  Basic computer literacy required

  Valid driving record

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Ensure the guests receive prompt, courteous and effective service.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive the sale of technicians time to meet the department's sales forecast.

  
  


• 
  

  Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep guests informed on completion time, service expenses, and possible changes.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure guests have a positive dealership experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the guest's vehicle.
