Responsibilities
- Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management
- Effectively schedule automotive service visits
- Greet and write up customers in a timely manner.
- Listen to and thoroughly understand customer problems/vehicle issues
- Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs and advise customers
- Manage expectations on the part of the customer and the technicians in terms of service diagnosis, repair and delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines,
- Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed
- Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees
Qualifications
- Preferred experience is at least 1 year in the field
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be reliable
- Team Oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to Multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude required.
