Join Kruse Motors as a Service Advisor and be the link between our customers and service technicians. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, schedule service appointments, and keep them updated throughout the repair process.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

  Greet customers promptly and professionally

  Collect and confirm customer and vehicle information

  
  


• 
  

  Document customer-reported vehicle symptoms

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts

  
  


• 
  

  Establish follow-up times and keep customers updated on repair status

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day

  
  


• 
  

  Confirm completed work matches the repair order and explain charges to the customer

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate loaner cars and verify insurance when needed

  
  

Service Advisor Requirements

• 
  

  1+ year of experience in a service department required

  
  


• 
  

  Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Positive, energetic personality with a desire for long-term career growth

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive knowledge and a proven record of customer satisfaction

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with service department software; willingness to learn new tools

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
